Camping, 4th of July, Marina Museum and other odds and ends

We went camping with some friends of ours a couple of weekends ago. As you'll see in the last picture, Alice is quite the bug catcher. I can't count how many moths she brought to me in an 18 hour period!

The kids were in the 4th of July parade with our church. We were handing out fliers for our VBS. The theme this year is "Flight School", so many of the folks in our church got together over a couple of months and built a 1/3 scale model of this biplane. It was amazing! In fact, it was so good that a lot of folks never realized that it was handmade.
We spent the rest of the 4th at my Aunt Theresa and Uncle Mark's house is southern MD. The next morning we went to the Marine Museum on Solomon's Island. Sorry for all of the mini-lighthouse photos, but the kids are making such peculiar faces in each picture that I couldn't pick which ones to cut!
